„Pilotażowy program wymiany edukatorów leśnych"

Pilotażowy program wymiany leśnych edukatorów jest projektem, w którym edukatorzy dzielą się swoimi doświadczeniami w zakresie metod wychowawczych
i strategii nauczania. Wiedza zdobyta podczas warsztatów zostanie wykorzystana do stworzenia opracowania dla edukatorów leśnych, wydanego w czterech językach każdego z krajów partnerskich. Opracowanie zostanie opublikowane również on-line z opcją pobrania i wykorzystania także na urządzeniach mobilnych.

Celem publikacji jest poprawa jakości prowadzenia zajęć, rozwoju jednolitego trendu oraz zasad i metod prowadzenia zajęć edukacji leśnej. W trakcie realizacji programu wymiany edukatorów pomiędzy Polską, Słowacją, Węgrami i Czechami, uczestnicy wymieniają doświadczenia w zakresie metod edukacyjnych i strategii nauczania,
a także wiedzą na temat lasu jako ekosystemu i jego związku z działalnością człowieka na poziomie dziedzictwa kulturowego, społecznego i gospodarczego. Warsztaty tworzą możliwość poznania metod edukacyjnych występujących
w różnych krajach, ale także problemów i trudności występujących u każdego
z partnerów. Projekt jest pierwszym tego typu programem, który rozwija współpracę między krajami Grupy Wyszehradzkiej w dziedzinie międzynarodowego kształcenia dzieci i młodzieży w zakresie edukacji leśnej. Edukacja prowadzona w latach następnych przez wykwalifikowanych pedagogów leśnych, stanowi jeden z głównych efektów tego projektu, który w następstwie zapewni trwałości środowiska i przyrody na poziomie lokalnym, jak i globalnym. Efekt ten zapewni dwudziestu czterech wysoko wykwalifikowanych pedagogów leśnych, którzy w krajach Grupy Wyszehradzkiej rozszerzają na podstawie wdrożonych standardów swoją wiedzę
i nowe metody kształcenia postaw u dzieci i młodzieży.

Ze strony polskiej w projekcie uczestniczą Nadleśnictwa Bielsko, Katowice, Kobiór, Prudnik, Ustroń, Wisła oraz funkcjonujący w RDLP w Katowicach Zespół
ds. Programów Pomocowych.

Initial program of forest pedagogues' exchange is a project where the forest pedagogues will share their experiences in the field of educational methods and teaching strategies. Knowledge gained from the project workshops will be used to create a „Visegrad Guide" for forest pedagogues in languages of the V4 countries. The guide will be published also online with the option for download and use for the mobile devices. The interpretation form will allow using the guide to the public.

Qualitative standard and target subjects of the forest pedagogy are different in every V4 country and do not always cover the entire V4 countries region main tasks. Based on this context the Visegrad Guide will be created. The main goal of the publication will be to increase the quality and develop the uniform trend of the forest pedagogy thanks to the development of the educational tasks as an important element in the Visegrad region. Our aim is to educate children and youths by means of people who are professionally connected with the nature and will interpret to children the principles of the nature in a way, that they would respect the environment and will gain through this our activity respect to the nature, which will be based on the balanced relationship of human and nature. The specific interests of the project will be to fully introduce the diversity of forests, its functions and the most important problems occurring in different countries. Specified targets will be reached based on the exchange of practical experiences with each other from V4 countries participants during the workshops with the graphical illustrations in the forest pedagogy textbook as well as directly in the forest under a leadership of forest pedagogues. This will allow to develop the most effective educational activities, which will be used in specific local environment (ecological, economic, social). Educational workshops will create the possibility to know educational activities in different countries and to look at many tasks from innovative point of view through educational activities in particular V4 countries. The cooperation will be developed during three educational workshops (each of them for period of three days), where project managers and forest pedagogues will participate.
